GLOVE STORY Return Policy
At GLOVE STORY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Conditions
- Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
- Item Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Damaged, worn, or altered items will not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, gift cards, and sale items cannot be returned.
Return Procedure
- Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@glove-story.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Return Label: Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label via email. Print the label and attach it to your package.
- Shipping the Return: Drop off the package at your local post office or a designated collection point.
Refunds
- Return Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Timeline: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Return Fees
- Return Fees:
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- For all other returns, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund:
- €4.99 (TTC) or €9.99 (TTC), depending on your geographic location.
- Initial Shipping Costs: The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
