Delivery Terms and Costs

Products are shipped via LA POSTE (Colissimo) and their local partners in each country for mainland France and Monaco, as well as the following zones:

  • Zone 1: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
  • Zone 2: Austria, Spain (excluding islands), Guernsey, Italy (San Marino, Vatican City, Livigno, Campione d’Italia, San Marino), Jersey, Portugal (excluding islands), Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom.
  • Zone 3: Denmark, Estonia, Greenland, Hungary, Faroe Islands, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland.
  • Zone 4: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Maghreb, Malta, Norway, Romania, Turkey, Specific Spanish territories (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Portuguese territories (Madeira, Azores), other Eastern and Central European countries.
  • Zone 5: Australia, Canada, China, South Korea, United States, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Japan, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.
  • Zone 6: Africa (excluding Maghreb), the Americas (excluding USA and Canada), the Middle East, other Asian countries, and Oceania (excluding Australia).

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on eight distinct pricing zones:

  1. Mainland France & Monaco (Colissimo Delivery) – Zone 0
    • €4.99 incl. VAT for orders under €60 incl. VAT.
    • Free shipping for orders over €61 incl. VAT.
  2. Overseas Territories (Colissimo Delivery) – Zone 0 Overseas
    • €9.99 incl. VAT for orders under €80 incl. VAT.
    • Free shipping for orders over €81 incl. VAT.
  3. Zone 1 (Colissimo and local partners)
    • €6.99 incl. VAT for orders under €80 incl. VAT.
    • Free shipping for orders over €81 incl. VAT.
  4. Zone 2 (Colissimo and local partners)
    • €7.99 incl. VAT for orders under €90 incl. VAT.
    • Free shipping for orders over €91 incl. VAT.
  5. Zone 3 (Colissimo and local partners)
    • €8.99 incl. VAT for orders under €100 incl. VAT.
    • Free shipping for orders over €101 incl. VAT.
  6. Zone 4 (Colissimo and local partners)
    • €9.99 incl. VAT for orders under €100 incl. VAT.
    • Free shipping for orders over €101 incl. VAT.
  7. Zone 5 (Colissimo and local partners)
    • €19.99 incl. VAT for orders under €200 incl. VAT.
    • Free shipping for orders over €201 incl. VAT.
  8. Zone 6 (Colissimo and local partners)
    • €25.99 incl. VAT for orders under €200 incl. VAT.
    • Free shipping for orders over €201 incl. VAT.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (French time): Processed the same day and shipped within 24–48 hours for Zone 0 and 48–72 hours for all other zones.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM (French time): Processed the following business day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Fridays or over the weekend: Processed on the following Monday.
